working - for others
hi everyone, i was out of my city and thus the delay in post. all of us have busy schedules, heavy targets, timeless days, and heads full of stress.the busy life we are "enjoying" is bound to make us more self centered ,more worried and much more tired. in these situations it is rather very difficult for any of us to look at the problems others involved into.it is because we are also in similar troubles more often. however,a little bit of ur time when spent on others will fetch a return of time from them to U.especially when you are unable to concetrate on your own problem or when you are in a confusion state of mind to finish your own activity, keep it a side for a little of time and spend that time with your team members , collegues ,or neighbours and help them in finishing what they intend completing and you can see the relief in their eyes and approach. the truth is that for your own problem you need 99% of your energy and presence , whereas if it is for others you have to put 1 to 10 % of effort because rest of the 90 - 99% effort is their own. inreturn you would find the 1 to 10% of the support from the one you helped . this is the thread that seams team building and help us build human relations. try once and we all are here to share the experience.all the best.

hurt
hi everyone, many a times we go thru the emotion called "hurt ". for all of us the HURT emotion is one of the most unbearable thing. it is because of the close relation we maintain with our spouse, family, friends, relatives, and collegues in the office ,we tend to enter into an open discussion first, which later on ,turns into an argument. the otherside may behave so unexpectedly that suddenly u will feel that the discussion is opening up some of the darker sides of ur relation and that is the time u begin to feel the burning of heart . better be wiseful to close the discussion at the earliest possible and YES do not try to show ur authority by shouting. instead , be composed ,calm and quietly wait for the right time to express your side of the story. in all probabilities, the otherside will be listening because they remember what they have OVER talked before . be fair and be short and the result will show up ur substance. that is power of RELATION.enjoy it !!!!!!!!!!

lesson of the day
hi everyone, if u come across any problem dont run after suggestions that will be passed on and on.stay firm on what is the outcome u want and do not change ur thought process to suit to the problem.u will definitely find a little of your own time, within the problem time, and that is the time u decide.believe me, you will forever stand by, on what u have decided during that time.don't belive ??? TRY ONCE.
